FlexPrint’s Family of Companies Step Up to Fight Hunger & Feed Children
FlexPrint’s Family of Companies Step Up to Fight Hunger, Feed Children and Raises More Than 6,800 pounds of Food Supporting Saint Vincent De Paul of Arizona and the Chicago Food Bank.
PHOENIX, AZ (July 23, 2017) – Last month, FlexPrint Managed Print Services and its family of companies (ProCopy Office Solutions, Laser Options, and Cannon IV) hosted an inter-office food drive challenge aimed at stamping out hunger for children who are out of school and hungry. Over a 3-week period, the collective family of companies raised over 6,800 pounds of food to support the St. Vincent De Paul of Arizona Food Bank and the Chicago Food Bank.
During the summer months, the demand for food assistance spikes as children lose access to healthy and nutritious meals they’d normally receive at school, and overall donations generally decrease with hectic vacation schedules. To address that need and support hungry children, the employees at FlexPrint Managed Print Services, ProCopy Office Solutions, and Laser Options pulled together to help fill that gap and assist with making sure our children don’t go hungry.
