MESA, AZ (February 22, 2024) – Flex Technology Group, (FTG), the nation's largest managed print services solution with national coverage for multi-vendor environments, held its Annual Leadership Conference on February 12 in Tempe, Arizona. The full-day event was hosted under the theme “ONE OF ONE” to exemplify FTG’s uniqueness in the industry. It brought together over 200 attendees, comprised of industry experts, FTG’s member companies and corporate staff members, to celebrate the company’s strong performance in 2023, customer successes and the presentation of company awards.
Adding to FTG’s significant revenue milestones was another record year of maintaining 97% client retention of its 30,000 coast-to-coast customers and the addition of 1,800 new customers to the FTG customer base. FTG’s new customers include prominent enterprise accounts from every vertical market, notable hospitals and mega medical centers across the nation.

Additionally, four sales representatives received “Sales Rep of the Year” awards, 36 “Above and Beyond” awards went to individuals working at various FTG companies and a “DEI Champion of the Year” award was also presented.
